Okay, so I'm about to fall asleep when inspiration strikes (that's how it usually happens). I grab my notebook and a pencil and start writing and all of a sudden, I add a new character to "No Place for the Traveler...". I solved the "who will be with Hector?" problem.

I have ideas for Tzek's redemption in small ways, and he's not going to be touched, Miguel will be the one H/Ced.

I'd say more of this character, but too much would give it away -- it's supposed to be surprising.
