The sex in the Snape/Rita is scorchingly hot, I think. A Game of Fox and Hounds.

There are also more, like a Moody/Ollivander (Breaking and Entering), and two heart-wrenching, non-sexual tales: a Tobias/Eileen (Some Enchanted Evening) and a Quirrel/Snape (Queer).
