Bernie Bott
R to be safe. OMC/Lily/Remus, OMC/Teddy/James Potter.
Bernie Bott
Bernie Bott, Bertie's great nephew, had been working in Honeydukes for a while. Every Hogsmeade weekend—and, even sometimes those longs weeks in between—he would have his girl and his boy at the store, gorging themselves on candy, then gorging themselves on sex. Remus's hair was so soft and his eyes were so blue, and Lily's colors were bright as well, the green and the orange, and she was so delectably confident.
What Remus lacked in confidence himself, Lily made up for him with her own brand of "I can take on the world, and fuck you" patented Lily Evans actions, reactions, and comebacks. She was the sour to Remus's sweet, on the surface. And there were parts of them that were bitter too, like the darkest of chocolates.
Bernie didn't think he could ever properly capture them in flavors, as they were always changing, never letting him get the full picture before they surprised him with something again.
He began creating a special line of candies, just for the three of them to share. Chocolate molds of their bits, or Dildo Lollies to remember him in between, or even hard candy nipple clamps—they just ate all the attention up. Literally.
Then there was that cinnamon sound. He had felt like he was pissing fire for a week, but, oh, it was worth it to see the two react to his cries as Lily carefully fed it into him.
Yes, candy, as well as young Gryffindors, was his passion. He created Chocolate Butterflies for them. Even when Lily left for James, he gave the married couple a giant box full of new treats he'd invented. Remus drew into himself at her and James's death, and he said nothing about the fact that Remus no longer wanted to have sex when he came by. They'd just lay there and think of Lily.
Even after Remus stopped coming around, Bernie sent him chocolate every month on the full moon. Even after Remus was killed, he sent candy to little Teddy Lupin.
Little Teddy Lupin grew and took his father's place in the candy store. He even brought Lily's grandson along, sometimes. Other times, he was just as greedy as his father had been around particularly great specimens of chocolate.
